The Samartex coach who is believed to have left his role at Samartex is one of the favourites to be appointed Hearts boss but Taylor - who spent three seasons at the Rainbow club and lifted major domestic and continental trophies - believes the club must choose a n handler who'll be able to manage the players and give the fans an assurance of his tactical prowess.
"Annor Walker can’t contain the pressure at Hearts of Oak. He won’t last even six months. He can’t coach Hearts of Oak, Togbe should bring Samuel Boadu or Prosper Ogum," he told Angel TV.
Hearts want to appoint a substantive coach before the new season and are speaking to a number of candidates for the role with Annor Walker understood to have met with officials of the Ghana Premier League club as part of negotiating a deal for both parties.
Former Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum and former Hearts boss Samuel Boadu have also been linked with the vacant post.
