The two Ghanaian heavyweights, Hearts of Oak and champions Asante Kotoko are in a serious battle for the service of Karela United right back Augustine Randolph.

The 21 year old was consistent and outstanding for the Anyinase-based side, having regarded by many bookmakers in the country as the best right back in the 2021/22 GPL campaign.

Currently in the camp of the Black Galaxies, Augustine Randolph starred very well in their 3-0 victory against Benin last Sunday in the first leg of the 2022 CHAN qualifiers in Cape Coast.

A confirmed report from his CEO, Elloeny Amande has confirmed both Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko have exhibited strong interest in getting his service for the upcoming season. He told Asempa FM in Accra;

"The big two clubs in going to Africa this season have expressed interest in our right-back. But, we are not going to sell him."

The lanky lateral is still with the home-based national team who are currently preparing for the second leg against Benin on Saturday, July 30, 2022 in Cotonou.
