Accra Hearts of Oak assistant coach, David Ocloo has insisted that his side will not underestimate Kotoku Royals in the Premier League match-week 22 fixture on Sunday.

The Phobians will be hoping to maintain unbeaten streak in the ongoing season with a comfortable win over the rock-bottom side when both teams square off at the Accra Sports Stadium this weekend.

Ocloo, who has been in charge of Hearts of Oak in their last two matches — against Asante Kotoko and Bibiani Goldstars — in Slavko Matic's absence, said in an interview with the club's media team that Kotoku Royals will be treated as tough opponents by his charges.

“Kotoku Royals will be doubling their energy for the Sunday's game because of their position on the table. Underrating such teams can result in a surprise outcome,” Ocloo told Hearts of Oak TV in an interview.

“We are focused and determined to secure a win over Kotoku Royals on Sunday. We are hopeful our good works will give us victory though it will not come easy”.

He also expressed his gratitude to the supporters of the Capital based club for their unflinching support in their last two Premier League matches and urged them to troop to the Accra Sports Stadium for this weekend's fixture against Kotoku Royals.

Kotoku Royals has been impressive in their last four matches — two wins and one draw — of the second round of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season despite lying at the bottom of the log with 17 points after twenty-one games.
