Asante Kotoko assistant coach Orlando Wellington in the absence of head coach Seydou Zerbo has announced a 20-man travelling squad list for their Ghana Premier League match-week 22 game against Samartex on Saturday safternoon.
The Porcupine Warriors are making a short trip the Western Region to battle it out with Samartex in a cliffhanger at the Nana Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
Danlad Ibrahim and Augustine Agyapong are not part of team due to their engagement with the Black Meteors as they prepare to take on Algeria. However, the club has been handed a major boost with the return of Justice Blay from the treatment room.
The injury list includes Rashid Nortey, Maxwell Agyemang, Isaac Oppong, Yusif Mubarik, and Dickson Afoakwa, who are still unavailable for the trip.
Asante Kotoko will be eyeing for a positive result against Samartex to keep their Ghana Premier League title defense hopes alive.
