Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani has expressed confidence that his side will return to winning ways when they face Young Apostles in their Week 28 Ghana Premier League clash this Sunday.
The Phobians have struggled in recent weeks, failing to win any of their last five league outings, and are eager to halt the slide as they host the youthful Apostles at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Speaking in a pre-match interview, Dramani highlighted the strengths of his opponents but emphasized the need for his team to be sharp and clinical on matchday.
“They are a youthful side. They run a lot and are very transitional; they can also move the ball. But we are strong in the way we want to work, and we need to be consistent. I hope we can close up the spaces that exposed us in the last game, and be more clinical and purposeful when we break them down offensively,” Dramani told Hearts TV.
The coach also made a heartfelt appeal to supporters to fill the stadium and motivate the team.
“Our fans have always been there for us. We urge them to continue supporting the only club they love. We are very committed to turning things around for the club,” he added.
The clash is set to kick off at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 5, with Hearts of Oak aiming to use home advantage to snap their winless streak and boost morale in the league’s final stretch.
