Board Member of Hearts of Oak, Vincent Sowah-Odotei, has assured fans that the Phobians will deliver a compelling performance against their arch-rivals, Asante Kotoko, in the upcoming Matchday 13 clash at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
Despite Hearts of Oak's unconvincing run in the ongoing 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season, currently placing 9th on the league log with 16 points from three wins, three losses, and seven draws after 12 games, Mr. Sowah-Odotei expressed confidence in the team's potential.
"We will give a very good account of ourselves against Asante Kotoko even though we are going through rough patches," he conveyed on Asempa FM's Ultimate Sports Show.
He urged fans to remain calm and positive, stating, "The fans should not panic because we will put together a good team to deliver against Asante Kotoko. The fans should stay calm, and I know we will deliver against Asante Kotoko."
Acknowledging the competitiveness of the league, Sowah-Odotei assured that the team's performance would soon align with the club's investment.
