Eleven Wonders head coach Emmanuel Aidoo said he was shocked after his side suffered a heavy 3–0 defeat to Young Apostles in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The Matchday 21 loss means Eleven Wonders have now suffered three straight defeats as their difficult season continues.
Speaking after the game, Aidoo struggled to find the right words to explain the result.
“We lost. I don’t have to prolong my speech. We lost. I believe we should have won, but we lost,” he said.
When asked to explain further, the coach suggested that things did not go his team’s way on the day.
“We lost because of the circumstances around the game, the situation turned against us,” Aidoo added.
Despite remaining bottom of the Ghana Premier League table, Aidoo insists his side will not give up.
“We keep on playing. We are working hard. We will continue playing. For me, nothing is impossible,” he said.
