German coach Ernst Middendorp has been mentioned 'internally' at Hearts of Oak as they seek a replacement for Samuel Boadu, a report claims.
Boadu left the club last month following the club' seriously unimpressive performances in recent months.
It means the Phobians are now tasked with finding a suitable replacement for Boadu with the season already underway.
While they assess their options and seek out the right candidate, kickgh.com can state that the German manager is being considered internally for the job at the Accra club.
Middendorp is not new to the Ghanaian terrain having previously coached both Hearts and Kotoko. He was with Kotoko between 1999 and 2002 and Hearts in 2004.
Hearts have already named David Johnson Ocloo as the club's new assistant manager and are expected to name the Maritzburg United gaffer as the new head coach in the coming days.
