The nominations for the NASCO Player of the Month for February–March 2024 have been unveiled, featuring four exceptional players from the Ghana Premier League who have showcased remarkable performances during the period.
Leading the nominations is Evans Osei Wusu from FC Samartex, who has made a significant impact with five goals in six games played. The former Tema Youth FC player has also been honored as the Nasco Player of the Month twice, accumulating 526 minutes on the field.
Joining him on the shortlist is Agyenim Boateng Mensah of Dreams FC, who has demonstrated his prowess as a centre forward with five goals in five matches. Mensah's outstanding contributions earned him one MVP award, clocking a total of 450 minutes of playtime.
Accra Lions forward Blessing Asuman Dankwah has also caught the eye with his impressive performance, netting four goals in five appearances. Dankwah's standout display earned him one Man of the Match award, covering 373 minutes on the pitch.
Completing the list of nominees is Asamoah Boateng Afriyie from Nations FC, whose crucial goal secured a victory against Asante Kotoko on Matchday 23. Afriyie has notched four goals in six games, alongside one Man of the Match accolade, and has played a total of 511 minutes.
The four players have demonstrated exceptional talent and contribution to their respective teams during the period, and the winner will receive a 43-inch NASCO television sponsored by ElectroLand Ghana Limited.
