Former Asante Kotoko captain Richard Boadu 'Agadas' has admitted that a return to the Porcupine Warriors could be on the cards ahead of the January transfer window.
The 27-year-old defensive midfielder who is currently a free agent after leaving Tunisian giants Club Africain in June 2025, has been training with Kotoko since returning to Ghana.
Boadu, who left the club in 2023 for Libyan side Al Ahly Benghazi before spells with Al-Tahaddy and Club Africain, spoke candidly to Kessben FM about the possibility of rejoining his former side.
“Everything is possible. Kotoko is my home. It is normal training with them,” he said.
During his first stint with Kotoko, Boadu who is known for his tough-tackling style made 62 appearances across all competitions, scoring twice and registering one assist.
Combined with his time at Medeama and Kotoko, the combative midfielder boasts a total of 103 appearances, three goals, and an assist, underlining his experience and consistency in the Ghana Premier League.
