Asante Kotoko have mutually terminated their contract with defender Samuel Appiah with immediate effect, official communique from the club is imminent.
The player has been on the books of the reds since joining from Medeama in September 27, 2021 on a three year deal.
He promised so much but delivered very little as he was in and out of the Asante Kotoko line up during his stay at the club.
Reports reaching Kickgh.com indicate that Appiah, known as 'Thunder' has had fall outs with the management in recent days and the club has explore options to move him away after he requested to be freed.
Appiah featured four times for the Porcupines in all competitions this season with no goal nor assist.
The 29-year-old defender will be on the look out for a new club to relaunch his stuttering career.
