Former Great Olympics right-back, Christopher Nakai Nettey, is on the brink of signing with Nations FC, Kickgh.com can exclusively report.
In a strategic move to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season, Nettey has been targeted as a key addition for the Abrankese-based club.
Having featured for Great Olympics in the previous season following his departure from Asante Kotoko, the 25-year-old defender is now poised to make a switch to Nations FC.
Sources indicate that Nettey is close to finalizing his personal terms with Nations FC and is scheduled to undergo a medical examination in Kumasi on Friday. If all goes well, he is expected to be officially unveiled by the club next week.
During his time at Great Olympics, Nettey made 20 appearances for the team before their relegation.
