Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak have expressed strong interest in signing Nsoatreman FC youngster Foster Apetorgbor having already started talks with his club.

The 16-year-old broke into the limelight with his stellar performance for Nsoatreman FC- where he joined early this year after his stupendous performance in the Ashanti Regional Inter-Schools Championship.

According to renowned journalist Shaban Mohammed, the 'Phobians' have contacted the 'Efiri Tete Amanaso' outfit for a possible transfer of the young sensation with the negotiations ongoing.

However, Apetorgbor, a final year student of Kumasi High School, is focused on WASSCE at the moment and will hope to finish with his exams before making a decision as to whether to stay in Nsoatre or move elsewhere.

Last season, he made 17 appearances in the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League and dished out a consistent scintillating performance. He scored the winning kick in the FA Cup final against regional rivals Bofoakwa Tano FC.

Foster Apetorgbor annexed two Player of the Month awards and Nsoatreman's Young Player of the season award in the recently concluded League campaign.
