Ghana Premier League side Berekum Chelsea are very close to appointing highly-rated gaffer Samuel Boadu as their new head coach, per speculations in the local media.
The Bibires have been without a substantive coach for sometime now following the resignation of Christopher Ennin couple of weeks ago.
Recently, Samuel Boadu and former Black Stars attacker Laryea Kingston were strongly linked to the job for the head and assisting role at the Golden City Park but there were speculations it didn't materialize.
However, Kickgh.com can authoritatively report that, Samuel Boadu has agreed personal terms with the Bibires and will be announced as their new head coach very soon.
Berekum Chelsea thumped on Karela United by 3-0 to pick their first win in the second round and will face Accra Lions FC in the next round of matches.
