Eleven Wonders FC suffered a humiliation to the Division One League outfit in the FA Cup round of 16 on Friday evening.

Ten-man Attram De Visser produced a commanding performance to book their place in the quarter-finals of the MTN FA Cup, thrashing relegation-threatened Ghana Premier League outfit Eleven Wonders in an emphatic Round of 16 clash in Tema.

Despite the difference in league status, Godwin Attram’s men showed no signs of intimidation and instead approached the encounter with confidence, intensity and clear intent.

Attram De Visser dominated proceedings from the early stages, combining disciplined defending with swift attacking transitions to keep the top-flight visitors under constant pressure in what turned into a one-sided contest.

The breakthrough came through Alfred Amoah, whose well-taken finish in the 7th minute to set the tone for the Division One League side’s impressive display.

However, Attram De Visser SC were reduced to ten men in the 22nd minute when Yaw Gyimah picked a straight red card.

Thomas Okyere soon doubled the advantage, capitalising on sustained pressure and further exposing Eleven Wonders’ defensive frailties. As the game opened up, Attram De Visser continued to push forward, with Usman Ghanyu adding a third to put the result beyond doubt.

Any hopes of a comeback for Eleven Wonders were extinguished when Precious Yaw Gyimah completed the rout, capping off a memorable afternoon for the Tema-based side.

Attram De Visser will now turn their attention to the quarter-finals, where they await the winner of the tie between Medeama SC and FC Samartex.
