FC Samartex were supposed to take on Nsoatreman FC at the Nsenkyire Sports Complex today in Ghana Premier League match-week six but the game has been cancelled due to a heavy downpour of rain.
Kickoff was rescheduled from the original time but still following a heavy rain in Samreboi and due to this the game has now been rained off.
The match officials had to arrive at this conclusion since the current state of the pitch won't allow for proper bouncing of the ball and will make the fluidity of the game very difficult
The game will now be held at 10:00am on Monday, October 13. Official club statement from FC Samartex on Facebook reads;
"JUST IN: The match officials have informed both teams that the match will be postponed due to a heavy downpour, making the field unplayable.
"Consequently, the match has been rescheduled and will take place tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM."
