The lanky centre-forward has sealed a move to the Timber Giants until the 2024/25 season in the ongoing transfer window.
Ghana Premier League side FC Samartex 1996 have announced the signing of Isaac Opoku Agyemang on a free transfer.
The 23-year-old signed a two-and-half year contract with the Samreboi based club after passing a mandatory medical examination earlier today.
Opoku Agyemang, who was supposed to join FK Partizan last summer, has been unattached following the denial of the International Transfer Certificate (ITC) by the Ghana Football Association.
His loan switch to the Serbian giants hit snag following the Ghana Football Association ban on his parent club, AshantiGold SC, over a match fixing scandal.
He was among the players whose bans were temporarily lifted by the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) in September 2022.
Opoku Agyemang is expected to make his debut for FC Samartex 1996 in the second round of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.
