Despite the importance of the result, the midfielder cautioned against complacency, stressing that the team must remain focused as the season enters its decisive phase.
“Since last week, I’ve been telling my teammates to treat every match as a final. This game is in the past now. Our next match is against Berekum Chelsea. We need to move on from this and think about that game,” he said after the match.
