Salim Adams has urged his teammates at Medeama SC to quickly move on from their crucial win over Bibiani Gold Stars and shift full focus to their next fixture against Berekum Chelsea.

Adams was the standout performer in Sunday’s clash, scoring a brilliant brace to secure a vital victory that strengthened Medeama’s position in the Ghana Premier League title race.

Despite the importance of the result, the midfielder cautioned against complacency, stressing that the team must remain focused as the season enters its decisive phase.

“Since last week, I’ve been telling my teammates to treat every match as a final. This game is in the past now. Our next match is against Berekum Chelsea. We need to move on from this and think about that game,” he said after the match.

With the title race intensifying, Adams’ message reflects the mindset within the Medeama camp as they aim to maintain consistency in the final stretch.

Medeama will face Berekum Chelsea in their Week 32 encounter on Wednesday, May 6, knowing that another victory could bring them a step closer to securing the league title.
