Hearts of Oak may be considering former Asante Kotoko coach, Prosper Nartey Ogum, as a replacement for Coach Slavko Matic due to a strained relationship with the fans.
The club is currently undecided on what to do with Matic, whose two-year contract is still valid, but if a parting of ways becomes necessary, Ogum is a likely candidate as he has caught the attention of the club's management.

Sources have hinted that Hearts have begun a behind-the-scenes engagement with the University of Cape Coast professor who is said to be a big admirer of the club and was willing to join the Phobian family.
“Ogum is a more preferred choice for Hearts because he’s a good coach and I’m hearing that he is interested in the job”, a source told Graphic sports.
Matic has been absent from the bench in their last three games, with David Ocloo leading the team to victory against Kotoko and a draw against Bibiani Goldstars.
The club has reportedly engaged in discussions with Ogum, who is a fan of Hearts and has shown interest in the job.
Once appointed, Ogum would join a list of coaches who have coached both local giants.
