Ghana Football Association(GFA) Communications Director, Henry Asante Twum disagrees with people who says the Ghana Premier League (GPL) attendance is low.

He insisted that people wrongly judge the situation using Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko's stadium attendance to make generalised conclusions.

Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko have been recording low turnouts at their games in recent times.

Stakeholders have been sharing their opinions on the cause of the unfortunate situation.

Low competitive level, poor infrastructure management, questionable Officiating have all been blamed for the situation.

But Henry Asante Twum insists that there's no low stadium turnouts at various league centres, as he insists that people troop to watch games at Nsuatre, Bibiani and Samreboi.

"I don't agree with those who think that attendance at GPL centers is low," Asante Twum said on Akoma FM.

"If you base your analysis on numbers at the Kumasi and Accra stadia, then the person will be wrong.

"I have personally been to games at Bechem on several occasions and attendance is very encouraging, the same at Nsoatre, Anyinase, and Samartex," he added.
