Berekum Chelsea secured a crucial victory against Real Tamale United (RTU) at the Golden City Park on Sunday, earning three points in matchday 32 of the Ghana Premier League.

Determined to bounce back after a 3-2 loss in their previous game, Berekum Chelsea showcased their resilience and skill. The 2011 Ghana Premier League champions triumphed with a 2-0 win, further complicating RTU's relegation battle.

The first goal came from Kusi Pandrous in the 38th minute, giving Chelsea an early lead. Stephen Amankona, who is in the race for the Premier League top scorer title, doubled their advantage, ensuring a comfortable halftime lead for Coach Samuel Boadu’s team.

The second half saw no additional goals, allowing Berekum Chelsea to maintain their dominance and secure the victory. This win lifts them to the seventh position on the league table with 47 points.

Meanwhile, RTU remains at the bottom, struggling with only 31 points, with just two matches left in the season.
