Bless Ege says he is determined to work hard and earn a permanent move to Mexican top-flight side Querétaro FC following his loan transfer from Karela United.

The highly rated Ghanaian attacker has joined the Liga MX side on a season-long loan after a run of superb performances in the Ghana Premier League.

Ege only arrived at Karela United at the start of the 2025/26 season but quickly made his presence felt, scoring four goals in 15 appearances for the Pride and Passion.

“I’m very happy to join Querétaro in Mexico. I will work hard to stay at the club,” Ege told MO TV. “As a footballer, you have to grab any opportunity that comes your way. I will give my 100 percent and make sure I stay after my loan spell.”

The move represents a significant step forward for the winger, who first caught national attention last season with Division One League side Golden Kick, helping them reach the FA Cup final and establishing himself as one of the most sought-after livewires.

Ege's performances attracted interest from several top Ghanaian clubs, including Hearts of Oak, before he eventually signed for Karela United, a decision that has now paved the way for his first opportunity abroad.
