Former Asante Kotoko General Manager, Opoku Nti has told the players to give their all against Rail Club du Kadiogo (RC Kadiogo).
RC Kadiogo will host Asante Kotoko in Benin today in the first round of the CAF Champions League Preliminary stages.
The game will come off at the General Mathieu stadium at 16:00GMT.
Asante Kotoko will be without their talismanic striker Frank Etouga Mbella for the clash but Georges Mfegue is available for selection.
Ugandan striker Steven Desi Mukwala is likely to lead the lines with Black Galaxies shot-stopper Danlad Ibrahim manning the Post.
Former CAF Champions League winner with Asante Kotoko, Opoku Nti has advised the players to give hundred percent against RC Kadiogo.
"Be ready to give your 100% in a game against Kadiogo. All we need too is concentration until the referee ends the game," he said on Akoma FM.
