Hearts of Oak midfielder Glid Otanga is set to return to training ahead of the Ghanaian giants' Premier League trip to Golden City Park.

The Blues host the struggling club in the round 29 fixture on Wednesday, May 8, as both clubs look to rebound after going under the knife in their previous games.

Otanga was subbed-off during Hearts of Oaks match against Accra Lions on Wednesday due to a cut, having collided with Accra Lions winger Daniel Awuni.

But, in a post-match interview assistant coach of Hearts Abdul Rahim Bashiru confirmed that the player will be back in training with his teammates before they embark on the trip to Berekum.

“Anytime there is no Otanga, we face a lot of problems but I think he will be ready before the Chelsea game for sure," he said.
