Massive boost for Asante Kotoko following the return of stalwart center-back Mubarik Yussif from almost a month injury.
The 26 year old was arguably the club's best defender last season and looked like replicating it in the new campaign following his sensational display against RC Kadiogo and Hearts of Oak, having emerged as man of the match in the last Super-Clash.
He sustained an injury in their second league game against Nsoatreman FC in Kumasi- a tie they won to clinch their first victory in the league this season.
The pleasant news coming in is that, the lanky defender has now recovered with no any set back and resumed individual training last Wednesday in Adako Jackie, hoping to join the team's full training very soon.
Asante Kotoko grinded four points after two matches before the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season was put on hold due to court injunction with the date of it possible return not yet determined.
