Accra Hearts of Oak have officially unveiled Serbian gaffer Slavko Matic as their new Head Coach on a short term deal.
Club official statement reads; "We are glad to have Slavko Matic as our new head coach. Let's welcome our new gaffer."
The Serbian who arrived in the country last week will lead the technical team as the team is looking forward to return to winning ways in the local league.
His coaching experience spans around Asia and Serbia and Ghana with Hearts of Oak will be his first experience in Africa.
Slavko Matic will be assisted by former Liberty Professionals Head Coach, David Dickson Marvin Ocloo who led the team's CAF Confederations Cup campaign in the 2022/23 season.
The former Asante Kotoko assistant coach will also serve as a Video Analyst for the technical team, a role he played at Asante Kotoko.
After the exit of Eric Amponsah, Richard Oppong will be the club's Goalkeepers coach under this new team together with Enock Jordan Daitey as the fitness coach.
Samuel Nii Noi will continue his work at the youth side of the club as Head of Youth Development.
