The leadership of Ghana Premier League club Hearts of Oak has scheduled a crucial meeting for Thursday, October 26, at 10:00 am, to be held at the World Trade Centre in Accra.

This significant gathering aims to address the team's lackluster performance in the 2023/24 BetPawa Premier League season. The Phobians, who are the reigning Ghana FA Cup champions, have managed to accumulate only five points from their first five matches of the season.

With four draws and a single win (achieved at home against 10-man Nsoatreman), the club's top executives believe it's essential to identify any issues affecting the club's progress in this term.

The meeting will be chaired by the club's majority shareholder, Togbe Afede XIV, and will involve board members such as Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, Frank Nelson Nwonkolo, and other prominent figures.

Hearts of Oak has experienced losses to Real Tamale United (1-0) and Bofoakwa (1-0), with two goalless draws against Samartex and Dreams FC. Their sole victory came against Nsoatreman FC. Their next fixture is set to take place at Dun's Park against Gold Stars.
