Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak are expected to complete the signing of centre back Ali Mohammed within the next few hours, Kickgh.com can reveal.
The 23-year-old free agent has reached an agreement in principle with the Phobians, with final negotiations and paperwork currently being concluded.
Mohammed, who has previously featured for AshantiGold, Tamale City, Accra Lions, and Vision FC, is seen as a key defensive reinforcement for Hearts ahead of the 2024–25 Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians are rebuilding their squad with a new head coach Didi Dramani at the helm, with defensive solidity a top priority after a disappointing campaign last term.
