Hearts of Oak have firmly dismissed speculation that the club is preparing to part ways with Managing Director Dr. Delali Anku-Adiamah.

The Phobians, however, insisted that there has been no change at the top of the club’s administration.

Recent rumours in Ghana’s football circles claimed that Julius Ben Emunah, who has stepped down from his role at the Ghana Football Association (GFA), was in line to replace Dr Anku-Adiamah as Managing Director of the Phobians.

However, Hearts of Oak’s Communications Director, Kwame Opare Addo, has rejected the claims, describing them as false and misleading.

“Our Managing Director still remains Dr. Delali Anku-Adiamah. The position only becomes vacant once he is no longer serving in that role,” Opare Addo told Connect FM.

He added that there has been no vacancy at the club and urged supporters to disregard the reports.

Julius Ben Emunah, a respected football administrator, previously served as Head of Competitions at the GFA and was General Secretary of the Western Region Football Association in 2016, but Hearts of Oak have made it clear that his name is not linked to any current changes at the club.
