Accra Hearts of Oak board member Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe believes that the club's problems over the last season would be fixed before the start of the 2024/25 campaign.

Despite a dramatic 3-2 comeback win over Bechem United on the final day of the Ghana Premier League, which helped the team avoid relegation, Nyaho-Tamakloe acknowledges that there is still work to be done.

In addition to their narrow escape from relegation, the Phobians also suffered a 2-1 defeat to Asante Kotoko in the inaugural Democracy Cup at the Accra Sports Stadium, which marked their third consecutive loss to their arch-rivals. However, Nyaho-Tamakloe remains optimistic about the team's prospects for the upcoming season.

"We have a problem at the moment, but that problem will come to an end before the start of the league 2024-2025," he told Joy Sports. "And my reason is quite simple. You know, we have a coach we think can be stable and then be able to pick the best of boys that we need, have good control over them and give them the training that they require."

Nyaho-Tamakloe's comments suggest that he believes head coach Aboubakar Ouattara has the ability to stabilize the team and bring in new players who can help improve their performance.
