Hearts of Oak has pinpointed Owusu as a potential solution to their defensive issues and is currently engaged in advanced negotiations to secure his services.
It is anticipated that personal terms will be finalized in the near future as the club prepares for the upcoming 2024/25 season, commencing in September.
