Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen is nearing a return to full fitness after undergoing a surgery.

Aziz Nurudeen, who has been out of action since last season, has hinted his return to the Hearts of Oak squad after a long injury lay-off.

 
The workaholic midfielder's season at Hearts of Oak was cut short after suffering a knee damage which forced him out of the 2021/22 campaign.
 
He was flown to South Africa by Hearts of Oak to undergo a surgery on his damaged knee and a rehabilitation process at the medical facility.
 
The former Vision FC commenced gym work with the Hearts of Oak fitness coach in February and he is expected to resume training with his teammates in the coming weeks.
 
Hearts of Oak will travel to Bibiani this weekend for Premier League match-week 21 game against Goldstars at the Dun's Park.
