Hearts of Oak board member, Vincent Odotei Sowah disagrees with anyone that says their players are not well taken care of and has given reasons as to why those claims are nothing but a palpable fallacy.
He made these comments mainly due to the recent speculations in the local media that they ain't putting in proper measures in place to get the best for the club.
Odotei, Alhaji Akambi and other top members of the club have come under a huge scrutiny from the teeming fans who feels they are the reason behind the club's recent poor performance.
In a quest to clarifying himself and the entire board, the former deputy Information Minister, explained things and added they are putting things the right way as he strongly feels Hearts of Oak will come good very soon.
He further added that, their players are given good salaries and that has proplled most of them to buy cars and have also started putting up houses.
"We have players who hadn't travelled outside of Ghana before, and now they're building houses and buying cars. Our players are well-paid, and we prioritize their welfare. I recall a video which was circulating just before the season hearts Oak players arriving at their hostel with their cars."
The Rainbow Club have just three wins from their opening thirteen matches, seven draws and three loses, as they currently sit 8th on the league log with 16 points.
They will face their bitter and eternal rivals Asante Kotoko in the next round of matches on Sunday.
