Hearts of Oak forward Yaw Amankwah Baafi is on the brink of completing a loan transfer to Dreams FC.
Baafi was hoping to continue his upward trajectory this term as he currently has no goals and no assists in seven appearances after sixteen matches.
It was stated that a number of GPL clubs were keen on landing him but the player has decided to make the switch to Dreams FC due to the strong relationship he has with coach Karim Zito.
