Ghana Premier League heavyweights Accra Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of centre-back Ali Mohammed in the ongoing transfer window.
The 23-year-old has joined the Phobians on a two-year contract after passing a mandatory medical examination earlier this week.
The club's official statement reads: “We are pleased to announce the signing of Centre back Ali Mohammed from Vision FC”
Mohammed, who has previously featured for AshantiGold, Tamale City, Accra Lions, and Vision FC, is being lined up as a key reinforcement for the club’s backline ahead of the new season.
Hearts of Oak, now under the leadership of newly appointed head coach Didi Dramani, are restructuring their squad with an emphasis on shoring up the defence after a below-par campaign last term.
He becomes the third signing of Hearts of Oak after the acquisition of Prince Kwabena Owusu and Baba Adamu for their 2025–26 season's campaign.
