Hearts of Oak coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani says his team is still improving and has not yet reached its best level in the Ghana Premier League.
The Phobians dropped points in a draw with Berekum Chelsea on matchday 23, even though they controlled most of the match. The result stopped them from reducing the gap on league leaders Medeama SC to two points.
Hearts are now third in the table with 40 points, five points off the top. There are still concerns about their finishing in front of goal.
In an interview, the former Black Stars assistant coach said his team is playing at about 65 to 70 percent of its full strength and can do better.
“As a team, we are still not doing some things right,” he said. “Whether we win, draw or lose, I always talk about improving in key moments of the game. The level of my team is around 65 to 70 percent.”
Dramani added that results alone do not show the full picture. He said the team must be more consistent, make better decisions and perform better in important moments.
