Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Solomon Agbesi says the team is fully committed to rewarding the club’s loyal supporters with strong performances this season.
The 25-year-old shot-stopper, who joined the Phobians from Dreams FC, has impressed between the sticks in the absence of first-choice keeper Benjamin Asare, helping maintain the team’s unbeaten run after five Ghana Premier League matches.
Speaking ahead of their upcoming clash with Berekum Chelsea, Agbesi praised the club’s passionate fan base and vowed that the squad remains focused on delivering results.
“We are determined to give our fans a reason to smile,” Agbesi said. “The supporters have been incredible, and we owe them a good performance. Everyone in camp is focused and ready to deliver.”
The Phobians currently sit sixth in the Ghana Premier League table with nine points, following back-to-back draws against Bechem United and Heart of Lions.
Under head coach Didi Dramani, the team will look to return to winning ways when they travel to Golden City Park to face Berekum Chelsea on Sunday, October 19. Kick-off is scheduled for 15:00 GMT.
