Berekum Chelsea goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi is set for an emotional reunion with his former side Hearts of Oak when the two teams clash on Sunday, October 19, in matchday six of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League.

The experienced shot-stopper, who previously featured for the Phobians, will line up against his old teammates at Golden City Park in what promises to be one of the nerve-cracking fixtures of the weekend.

Ofori Antwi has been in fine form this season, keeping one clean sheet in his two outings so far, as Berekum Chelsea occupy 13th place with four points from five games. The experienced shot-stopper’s authority between the posts and razor-sharp reflexes will be key as the Bibires seek to strengthen their home form, having won one and lost one of their two matches at the Golden City Park.

Hearts of Oak, meanwhile, remain unbeaten after five matches and are eager to return to winning ways following consecutive draws against Bechem United and Heart of Lions.

Sunday’s encounter pits two of the league’s most disciplined defences against each other, with both sides determined to keep pace with the early title challengers.

Kick-off at the Golden City Park is scheduled for 15:00 GMT.
