Head coach of Nsoatreman FC, Mumuni Abubakar has disclosed with shock how the Ghanaian game suddenly produced a VAR in the form of human in their defeat to giants Hearts of Oak

The 'Efiri Tete Amanaso' outfit suffered a 2-1 loss against the giants in a tricky GPL match-week 26 clash at the Ohene Gyan Stadium.

Phillip Ofori's own goal coupled with the other from Amankwah Baafi shot Hearts of Oak into a two goal lead but Samuel Ofori later pulled one back for the visitors but wasn't enough to seek salvation.

An unfortunate incident happened on the 70th minute after a ball appeared to have gone off the hand of Robert Addo Sowah in the box of which Nsoatreman FC were given a penalty.

Referee Fredrick Samena after consulting the fourth official rescinded his decision and that enraged the travelling team who complained bitterly afterwards.

In an interview after the game, coach Mumuni Abubakar got really furious and questioned why the referee changed his decision after he had pointed to the spot and added he was never aware the human version of VAR had been introduced in the league.

"I didn’t know in Ghana we have human VAR until today when the referee had to resort to a human VAR to rescind the penalty decision, to be honest the referee would  have to go and relearn the referee course.”

Nsoatreman FC are now in the danger zone, occupying the 16th spot with 31 points and will host King Faisal in the next round of matches
