Fabio Gama dos Santos, the Brazilian midfielder who previously played for Asante Kotoko, has firmly stated that he has no intention of returning to the Ghana Premier League.
After helping Kotoko secure the Ghana Premier League title last season, the 30-year-old playmaker left the team to join Al-Muharraq in Bahrain.
When asked about the possibility of returning to the Ghanaian league, Gama made it clear that it is not something he is considering at the moment.
In an interview with Ghanasportspage.com, he stated, "I don't think about returning to Ghana. I am currently in Bahrain, and my focus is on continuing my career and achieving my goals."
Gama further emphasized that if he were to play in Ghana again, it would only be for Asante Kotoko. He added, "For now, I have no plans to return to Ghana, but if I ever do, it would be solely for Kotoko."
These statements from Gama highlight his commitment to his current club and his lack of immediate interest in playing for any other Ghanaian team apart from Asante Kotoko.
