Aboubakar Ouattara, the head coach of Hearts of Oak, has lauded his team's commanding 3-0 win against Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League.
In a post-match interview, Ouattara emphasized the importance of the victory, stressing the team's relentless pursuit of three points.
“I expected to win but three goals that’s football. You can win 1-0, 2-0, 3-0 and that’s it. We needed the three points,” he remarked.
Noting the significance of addressing mental barriers, Ouattara expressed his ongoing efforts to bolster his players' mindset for more consistent victories.
“Our issue is a mental problem. The boys are starting to understand because there are some people who want to pollute the minds of some players,” coach Aboubakar Ouattara lamented.
Following their triumph in Berekum, Hearts of Oak now set their sights on a crucial encounter against Aduana Stars, poised to build on their recent success.
