Enoch Morrison, the midfielder for Asante Kotoko, reflects on his first year at the club, describing it as an amazing season despite their inability to retain the premier league title.
The 23-year-old completed a move from Kumasi-based King Faisal to the Porcupine Warriors in August 2022, signing a three-year contract.
Known for his versatility and creative abilities, Morrison, who possesses a powerful left foot, made 31 appearances for Kotoko in the 2022/23 betPawa premier league, scoring three goals.
“Very amazing season even though I didn’t end the season the way I wanted. But I did what I was supposed to do and what was expected of me. It’s an amazing season that I had,” Morrison told Kumasi-based Kessben TV.
Morrison featured in 31 games for the Porcupines in his first season and netted three goals, providing two assists.
Kotoko concluded the season in 4th place with 52 points, finishing eight points behind the champions, Medeama.
