Coach Ernest Thompson-Quartey has expressed strong interest in taking up the Hearts of Oak coaching job and has also bragged he is the right man for the job at the moment.
The 56 year old has so much experience in the local game having worked with lots of clubs in the country including AshantiGold SC and Ebusua Dwarfs.
His last spell was with the Miners- where he joined in November 2021 but couldn't got jettisoned subsequently and couldn't last the entire 2021/22 season.
In his latest interview, the enterprising tactician has availed himself for the vacant role in the capital and is very optimistic of leading the club to the promise land next season.
"I have applied for the Hearts of Oak coaching job and believe I am the best to serve the club."
Hearts of Oak have been without a substantive coach since the jettisoning of Serbian gaffer Slavko Matic in the middle of the just ended season and are still on the lookout for a new one.
However, their stop-gasp coach David Ocloo also resigned from the assistant post couple of days ago.
