Berekum Chelsea gaffer, Samuel Boadu is very impressed so far with the steady development of majority of his players and is eyeing a good finish with his new club by the end of the ongoing season.

The Bibires redeemed themselves with an impressive 2-0 win over champions Medeama SC at home over the weekend, thanks to goals from Hubert Gyau and Mizack Afriyie.

The Blues after the win to get back on winning path, have now climbed to the fifth position with 41 points after 27 matches.

Speaking in an interview, the enterprising tactician has acknowledged the improvement he is seeing at training these days with players who started on a lower note since his arrival all getting back on track.

He further noted he hopes to guide the team to a respectable position by the end of the season.

"I’ve seen some development in the team. The players have developed and are now seen as complete players. This has indeed made me happy. I hope we finish the season at a respectable position” he said

Berekum Chelsea will face Legon Cities FC at the Theater of Dreams Park in Dawu in match-day 28 opener on Friday, April 26.
