King Faisal coach Ignatius Osei Fosu exudes unwavering confidence that his team will avoid relegation by the end of the Ghana Premier League season.
Despite currently finding themselves in the relegation zone, the Isha Allah outfit has four matches left in the domestic top-flight campaign to turn their fortunes around.
Sitting in 17th place on the league standings with 36 points from 30 matches, King Faisal will need to exceed expectations to secure their survival.
During an interview, the former Medeama and Dreams FC coach emphasized his team's determination to maintain their position in the top-flight.
"I believe we can secure at least nine or ten points out of the remaining twelve, and I have full confidence that we can achieve it. Don't worry, we will survive. We have been in similar situations before and we know how to navigate through it," he expressed in an interview as quoted by Footballghana.
Despite their challenges in the league, the Kumasi-based club has managed to reach the semifinals of the Ghana FA Cup competition.
They are set to face Nsoatreman FC in the FA Cup match on Sunday at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, providing an additional opportunity for the team to showcase their resilience and fight for silverware.
