Abednego Tetteh, the leading goal scorer in the Ghana Premier League, has hinted that he intends to remain with his current club despite receiving interest from other teams.

Although he has previously played for Accra Hearts of Oak SC and King Faisal FC, Tetteh is open to staying at Bibiani Gold Stars FC, where he currently plays at Duns Park.

In an interview with Kessben Sports, Tetteh stated, "At the moment, I am a player for Bibiani Gold Stars, so my focus is here for now."

He continued, "We are still in discussions, and I am satisfied with what the club has conveyed thus far. We will all take some time to rest and reflect on it, but I will definitely return."

Having scored eighteen goals and provided three assists during the 2022-23 Ghana Premier League season, Tetteh emerged as the top scorer of the campaign and has won the MTN FA CUP twice before.

It is believed that other Premier League clubs including his former side, Hearts of Oak, Aduana Stars, Asante Kotoko have all shown interest in signing Tetteh.
