Medeama SC head coach, Ibrahim Tanko say he is ready to reward his players for their performance and dedication during training sessions with opportunities to participate in games.

The former Accra Lions coach believes that as the competition in the team grows stronger, it will incentivize the players to strive for excellence and as a coach, will ensure that those who consistently demonstrate skill and commitment will be given the chance to contribute to the team's success.

“It’s about competition. Every player here is a Medeama player. They have some quality, and that’s why they were signed. What I’m doing is motivating them. If you do well in training, you will have the chance to play, and that’s why every player is doing their best,” Coach Tanko said.

Last weekend, Tanko led his Yellow and Mauves charges to secure a 3-0 win over Young Apostles in a Matchweek 29 game of the Premier League.

Medeama will host Vision FC on Friday, May 2, in a Matchweek 30 fixture at the TnA Stadium in Tarkwa. Kick-off is at 18:00 GMT (6pm).
