The Porcupine Warriors despite recent string of disappointing results and dropping from the top to the fourth position, are still hoping to clinch the double by the end of the ongoing campaign which is very possible even though it will be a very hard nut to crack.
In an interview on Kumasi-based Akoma FM, George Kennedy has given his full support to Karim Zito - whom he described as a game changer and is very hopeful he will excel at Asante Kotoko
“Looking at Coach Zito’s credentials, I believe he can achieve it. There are six matches left, and winning all gives us 18 points. That’s a big difference. It’s not over yet.”
“Zito is a game changer. With his experience and what he did with Dreams FC in Africa, I believe he can replicate that success here. He just needs the backing and resources to succeed.”
Coach Karim Zito will begin the actual work on Sunday, April 27, against Aduana Stars at the Baba Yara Stadium
