Hearts of Oak midfielder, Salim Adams exhibited a stellar display against Nsoatreman FC over the weekend and was very elated as he looks forward to working extra harder to get the better version of himself.
The 'Phobians' played out a pulsating 1-1 draw against the 'Efiri Tete Amanaso' outfit in the opening fixture of Ghana Premier League match-week 12 last Saturday.
Stephen Diyou scored first to put the travelers ahead but Salim Adams strong hit from a freekick levelled the score few moments later and that's how the scoreline stayed until full time.
In a post-match interview, the stalwart middleman has revealed he's been working on his long-range strikes at training and is looking forward to scoring similar goals in their subsequent matches.
"I have been practicing on my long range at training so it didn't surprise me when I scored the long range free-kick. I will continue to work extra harder."
Hearts of Oak are currently on a four-game unbeaten run leaving them on the sixth position with 19 points on the league log.
The Rainbow Club will play as guests to sworn rivals Asante Kotoko in the next round of matches on December 13, 2024.
