Newly-signed Hearts of Oak striker, Junior Kaaba has been likened to Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku by his agent Amadou Tingana, in an interview with Akoma FM in Kumasi.
The 23 year old was officially unveiled by the 'Phobians' few days ago after a successful negotiations and has signed a deal which will keep him in the Ghanaian capital until 2024.
Junior Kaaba had a fantastic season in the Cameroon Elite Championship where he netted 11 goals and provided 5 assists for his former club Fauvre Azur in the just-ended campaign.
His agent, Amadou Tingana has praised the Hearts of Oak board for signing the stalwart forward and has likened his style of play to that of on-loan Chelsea forward at Inter Milan, Romelu Lukaku. He said;
“I have been scouting strikers for close to 20 years and it doesn’t take me too long to identify one. Moreover, he has been the top scorer for all the teams he has played for.”
“I watched him for two days in two separately games and I was amazed at his performance and I approached him to work with me."
“I give Kudos to the Hearts of Oak Board for getting him on board because there was a deal for him in Algeria and he rejected to join Hearts so they have done well.”
"He is like Lukaku type of striker and physically strong."
